Valerie Gaines, RMT, IARP, is a master level Practitioner of Reiki, a gentle yet powerful healing technique that can help to restore balance and harmony to the mind, body and spirit. Valerie is certified in the Usui Shiki Ryoho system of Reiki healing. She has a BA in Religion from Wellesley College. Since 2015 she has also been a certified Hospital Reiki volunteer at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston where she provides comfort and healing to patients, families, and staff. “Reiki is a safe and effective way to stimulate your body’s innate healing resources, encouraging a return to wellness.
